By scheduling and participating in a remote online notarization session with ClickNotary, you agree to the following:
Eligibility & Requirements
- You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- You can join the session from any U.S. state or most countries worldwide. Our notaries are physically in Utah (where we are commissioned), so the notarization is legally performed under Utah RON law and accepted across the United States.
- You are signing the document willingly and understand its contents
Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required before or at the time of service. Refunds are only issued if the session cannot be completed due to technical failure on our side.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any session if identity cannot be satisfactorily verified or legal requirements are not met.
Limitation of Liability
ClickNotary and its notaries are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We are not responsible for the content or legality of documents you choose to notarize.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law.
